Place 2 tablespoons of Medi-Body Pack in a non-metallic bowl. Add approximately 2 teaspoons of water or an ale liquid formula such as Medi-Mineral Serum, to make a thick paste. Mix thoroughly. Then apply to a selected external body area. Let it remain for 10 minutes. Then wash off.
Highly recommended after a pack: go outside for 5 minutes (or more) to receive solar radiation. The Medi-Body Pack is best used during the day before 7pm. For best results, also take a quality nutritional cleansing formula.
Nutritional supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place, with caps tightly closed, and out of reach from children. Take only as directed.
