Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, BioTrace staff are working from home and shipping of orders is currently on hold.
We are still available via phone and email to support our practitioners, clients, and customers while our clinic is temporarily closed. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any enquiries.
At this stage, we are waiting for verification from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment for essential service classification so that we may continue with order fulfilment as soon as possible.
We have always had stringent policies around health and safety to protect our staff and customers, and we have taken measures to increase these guidelines to ensure we adhere with current COVID-19 MOH recommendations.
