For External Use Only. Place entire contents of Medi-Body Pack® in a nonmetallic bowl. Add enough water or Medi-Mineral Serum™ to make a thick paste. Mix thoroughly. Then apply to a selected external body area. Let it remain for 15 minutes, then wash off. Do not apply near the eyes or on open skin lesions.

Note: After using a Medi-Body Pack®, the skin area may appear reddish. This temporary flushing effect is due to increased circulation and will typically subside after 30 to 60 minutes.

Highly recommended after a pack: go outside for 5 minutes (or more) to receive solar radiation. The Medi-Body Pack is best used during the day before 7pm. For best results, also take a quality nutritional cleansing formula.

Nutritional supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place, with caps tightly closed, and out of reach from children. Take only as directed.
