Take 1 drop, twice daily in 120 mL of water or with food. Feeling a heat sensation after use is normal. Avoid contact with eyes or genitals. Keep tightly capped between uses to avoid evaporation of essential oils.

This is the only oregano oil I’ve found that’s designed for human consumption. One drop (or two if you’re brave) in a cup of hot water is great for a sore throat. It literally scares away the bugs!
