Most vitamin D3 supplements are animal-derived. Phyto D3 Complex contains natural, vegan-sourced vitamin D3 derived from the germ of sprouted buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), with vitamin K2 and magnesium glycinate for maximum absorption.
