Bought the BioTrace Elite Ion Power 240ml last year Nov 2020 for hydration and electrolyte top up assistance for my high-intensity touch rugby trainings, games, and tournaments. Fair to say this is one of the best electrolyte supplements I’ve used. It is pure and potent, and the best results have come by mixing with pure water and fresh lemon juice – sometimes with a little honey for added energy. Awesome product.
