    My practitioner put me onto these when I started have menopausal symptoms, hot flushes, sever mood swings, not wanting to get up in the morning and generally feeling very low. After 4 days, I could feel the dark feeling lifting and I wouldn’t be without them now. They have helped the hot flushes too, which I was getting throughout the day and night. My dose had reduced now but on occasions where I haven’t taken them (becuase I have forgotten to order) I can feel myself back on the slippery slope. I have tried cheaper brands with the same ingredients but they didn’t work for me. These little tablets are my saving grace! Thank you!
