Background
BioTrace was incorporated in 2003 to distribute ionic mineral products
manufactured by Mineral Resource International (MRI) of Utah, USA.
BioTrace founder had experienced chronic fatigue and multiple chemical sensitivities for
nearly 30 years and had invested significantly and widely in trying to find genuine relief
or a cure. In the year 2000 a natural health practitioner introduced him to ionic minerals
from the Great Salt Lake and these provided a greater feeling of wellness and energy than
any previous product or products. He started importing small quantities and providing these
to friends and family and the feed back was profoundly positive. In 2003 he signed a
distributor agreement with MRI and committed to Australasian wide availability and
distribution of the MRI product range. Since inception, BioTrace has acquired a prolific range of products from a variety of manufacturers. BioTrace continues to research an supply ground-breaking supplements specifically designed for targeted nutrition.
